Finavala India acts as an intermediary and advisory service. We help individuals and businesses identify, compare, and apply for financial products offered by our partner banks, NBFCs, and insurance providers. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Loan facilitation — personal, business, home, loan against property, car, and gold loans.
• Banking services — credit cards, QR/merchant setup, and current accounts.
• Investment guidance — SIPs, SWPs, mutual funds, and NPS.
• Insurance assistance — life, health, and vehicle insurance.
• Credit health services — CIBIL score checks and credit improvement guidance.

We provide guidance and facilitation only. The decision to approve, issue, or decline any financial product rests solely with the relevant partner institution.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Eligibility for any specific financial product is determined by the partner institution based on its own criteria, including your income, credit history, documentation, and applicable regulations. Meeting our basic usage requirements does not guarantee eligibility for any product.

While we work to present your application in the best possible way and connect you with suitable lenders or providers, we do not guarantee approval, sanction, disbursal, or any specific outcome for any loan, card, policy, or other product.

Approval decisions, interest rates, sanctioned amounts, premiums, and final terms are determined entirely by the partner institution. Any indicative figures, EMI calculations, or estimates we provide are for general information only and are not binding offers.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our services or submitting an application. You are responsible for the accuracy of all documents and details you share with us.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection of your application by the partner institution.
• You authorise us to share your information with relevant partner institutions for the purpose of processing your enquiry or application.
• You consent to being contacted by us or our partners via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email regarding your enquiry.

Our consultation and profile-assessment services are provided free of charge unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Where any service fee applies, it will be communicated to you clearly and transparently before you proceed.

Standard charges levied directly by the partner bank, NBFC, or insurer — such as processing fees, joining fees, premiums, stamp duty, or other statutory charges — are payable by you to the relevant institution and are separate from any service we provide. We will explain these charges to you, but we do not control or set them.

All financial products are issued by third-party regulated institutions. Your relationship with the lender, bank, or insurer is governed by that institution's own terms, policies, and agreements, which you should read carefully before signing.

Finavala India is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, service quality, or product terms of any partner institution. Any dispute regarding a product, its terms, servicing, or claims must be raised with the relevant institution, though we will assist and coordinate to the extent we reasonably can.

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, design, and layout — is the property of Finavala India or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos (such as those of partner banks and NBFCs) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finavala India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• The approval, rejection, terms, or servicing of any product by a partner institution.
• Decisions you make based on information, estimates, or guidance provided through our website or team.
• Delays, errors, or interruptions in the website or in the processing of any application.

Our role is limited to facilitation and guidance. The final financial decision and its consequences remain your responsibility and that of the partner institution.
